Responsibilities:
Withers & Ravenel, Inc. seeks water resources engineer interested in stormwater planning and design. Key requirements of the position include a fundamental understanding of hydrology, water quality, and watershed modeling.
Experience in:
Stormwater management planning, modeling, analyses, and design
Floodplain management hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality
Stream Restoration a plus
Computer design software
An ability to solve problems
An understanding of local, state, and federal water programs, regulations, and trends
Experience Requirements:
Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related science or engineering field (advance degree preferred) and 4 or more years in relevant work experience. Professional Engineering License is a plus.
Proficiency with standard word processing, spreadsheet, database, and GIS software; and demonstrated oral and written communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
