Health Care Coverage – Affordable health care coverage includes a small co-payment for most office visits, as well as competitive coverage for hospital, surgery offered with in and out of network plan options. Plus, you can obtain prescription drugs at your pharmacy for a low co-payment. Vision benefits are provided for routine eye exams by providers within the network program with dollar amounts designated for lenses and frame coverage. Withers & Ravenel also offers dental coverage, including two preventive dentist visits (exam and cleaning) each year for employees and their eligible dependents.
Life, accident and disability insurance - Withers & Ravenel provides basic life insurance coverage to you equal to $25,000. You may also elect additional coverage for you and other family members as well as coverage in the event of accidents. Short term disability coverage can be purchased at affordable rates and long term disability coverage is provided to the employees and paid for by Withers & Ravenel.
Retirement - At Withers & Ravenel we offer two types of 401(k) plans, plus a generous match program. You choose from a qualified Safe Harbor 401(k) plan which is deferred pre-tax or a Roth 401(k) plan which is deferred after-tax or participate in both.
Flexible Spending Accounts - This allows you to have pretax monies deducted from your pay and deposited in an account to be used to reimburse your payment of medical, dental and associated expenses that are not covered by insurance. The other account allows you to be reimbursed for payment with pre-tax monies for childcare costs while you and your spouse are at work.
